Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): Hi everyone, my name is Isa Berna Virtudazo, a 19-year-old multimedia student of UPHSD as well. I’ve been drawing for 5 years

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): Alright now we met the first amazing artist today, I’m going to proceed to ask some questions. What is your favorite art piece that you have done?

Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): I think my favorite artwork that I have done is when I was in senior high school. It was when I painted for my performance task, and it was also my first time using oil paint. I was really amateur when it comes to using the oil paint, however I think it looked nice for a first timer and I think there is still some room for improvement. What I really like in that artwork is the context, and I was really satisfied with the meaning or the explanation that I gave in my painting.

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): That’s very amazing! When did you find interest in art?

Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): I was interested in art craft when I was in high school and when it comes to my projects I really love to spend my time with the design instead of the content. And It was in grade 9 that I started to take interest in painting and drawing because others encourage me to a contest and my role there is in editorial cartooning.

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): That’s really nice that someone’s encouraging you to join a contest. Okay, next question, what defines your artistic style?

Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): To be honest I don’t really know how to answer this question because I still haven’t found my own art style and it is still not consistent. However, What I want to achieve is an art style like Lisa Hanawalt. Where it has vivid colors and a really detailed look.

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): As an artist too, it’s really hard to find your own art style. What is the definition of art to you?

Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): Art for me is an activity where you can express your feelings. Art is not all about just aesthetics and how pleasing it is for your eye, but it is also how your art can solve problems and bring impact to the world.

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): Yes that’s my opinion on art too, it is another way to express your feelings. For the last question, what is the unique thing about your artwork?

Guest#1 (Isa Virtudazo): I think the unique thing about my artwork is that you can see my own personality through it.

Host #1 (Janela Mae Torno): We already met the first amazing of Artsthetic! Thank you for your time and answering my questions, Ms. Isa Berna Virtudazo had a great day. Now let’s proceed to the 2nd and last artist, interviewed by the 2nd host as well Karylle Rea.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): Hello and good day everyone, I’m your host for the next guest, Karylle Rea. The first artist has an amazing story in the journey of her art. Now let’s talk more about how these two feature artists the best. Let’s welcome the 2nd and last guest for today, Ms. Kriztia Fariñas.

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): Hello I’m Kriztia Fariñas, a multimedia art student in UPHSD. 19 years old, took interest in art when I was in high school

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): Hello and welcome Ms. Kriztia Fariñas, it’s a great opportunity to meet an amazing artist like you and participate in our show. Let's proceed to the questions and answer session now. What is your favorite art piece that you have done?

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): Thank you for having me here today. The very first proper digital art that I've finished. Every time I look at it, I remember the struggles I went through. I started it May 2018 but finished it Nov 2019 because I was close to giving it up.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea):

Good thing you choose not to give up to the talent given to you. Okay, next question, When did you find interest in art?

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): When I was in 9th grade. I was surrounded with very creative people that inspired me to pursue arts and a lot of my projects in school that time involves painting or drawing, that's why it made me love it more.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): That’s is really nice that you’re surrounded by creative people and inspired you to do art. Next question, what defines your artistic style?

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): It's messy and textured, my inspirations are Sinix Design and loish, I work hard to be as good as them someday. I just recently found my art style that I'm satisfied with, but I'll surely experiment more.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): It takes time to find your own art style good for you, you already found your own art style that satisfies you as well. Proceed to the next question, What is the definition of art to you?

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): It's my outlet of stress. In school whenever I have lots to do, I get stress and that's when I feel like drawing. After finishing an artwork, I feel relieved.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): That’s right after you finish an artwork, the stress will fade away, and you can feel the satisfaction and relief. Last question for Ms. Kriztia Fariñas, What is the unique thing about your artwork?

Guest#2 (Kriztia Fariñas): I'm also still figuring out my uniqueness, but I believe that each artwork is unique since it is made by artists that are unique as well.

Host #2 (Karylle Rea): Alright, we already met and know the story of these two amazing artists. It is nice to know how they struggle, the way to express their feelings or stress by doing an art, how they're still progressing in art and becoming the artist they want in the future. Thank you all, and also I would like to thank our guest for today again.

Guest #1 and #2 (Kriztia & Isa): Thank you again for letting us have here, and have an opportunity to tell our story as an artist.

*exit of guest #1 and #2, then proceed to host #1*
